That’s where a COTI customizable, self-service vending machine can come in. Consider your bleakest, darkest corner of your business. How about adding a COTI vending machine branded to your business? A COTI vending machine includes a custom coffee bean grinding machine, flavor offerings and specialty concoctions. Give your customer an opportunity – whether you have the vending machine set to free service or paid –

Beverage Vending Machines – Smarter, Faster, More Efficient
Beverage Vending Machines: Smarter, Faster, and Built for Today’s Consumer Walk into any office breakroom, airport terminal, or hospital lobby, and you will find a beverage vending machine quietly doing its job. It is always on, always stocked, and ready when people need it most. What has changed is not the role these machines play, but how they deliver on it. Today’s beverage vending machines are no longer just about dispensing drinks. They are connected, intelligent systems designed to meet the expectations of a consumer who values speed, convenience, and choice. For operators, they have evolved into powerful retail tools that combine merchandising, data, and automation into a single solution. From Simple Machines to Smart Retail Not long ago, vending machines were purely transactional. You inserted cash, made a selection, and hoped the product came out properly. There was little visibility into what was happening inside the machine or how

Ask GAD – What Defines a Pinhead?
At GAD, we can define a Pinhead because we are Pinheads! A true Pinhead is easy to recognize but just in case, we thought we’d take a crack at creating a list of symptoms to watch for. Their Stern Insider Connected QR code is easy to access. Either with a tattoo or on their screen saver on their phone. Matching costumes are generally involved. Their game room is worth more than the contents of their garage. Their collection is never finished. Wife and kids are hooked on playing the various games. The cat plays better than most of their friends. They know that GAD delivers for free to their game room. (And we already know the way.) If you fit any of these descriptions, GAD is the place for you. Not only do we stock pinball games but we are experts in repair – with the parts on shelf
Vending Payment Systems – Why a Blended Solution Works Best
Cashless Solutions are Growing, But Cash Still Matters The vending and automated retail industry is undeniably moving toward cashless payment systems in vending. Contactless cards and mobile wallets dominate consumer preferences, driven by convenience and hygiene. Yet, cash and coin remain a critical part of the payment mix, especially in locations where connectivity is limited, or consumer habits favor physical currency. For operators, maintaining reliable cash acceptance alongside digital options is essential for maximizing reach and revenue. Why Cash Retains Its Foothold Despite declining overall cash usage, millions of vending transactions still occur with coins and bills every day. Cash is inclusive – it serves consumers without cards or mobile wallets and remains a trusted option in certain demographics and geographies. Crane Convenience continues to see strong demand for high-performance payment Systems in Vending such as bill validators and coin recyclers, ensuring operators can serve every customer while reducing downtime
