Does GAD deliver inside my home?
Yes. GAD is happy to deliver and set up your new pinball game in your home. However, we only deliver in certain geographic areas surrounding our offices in Omaha, Des Moines and Kansas City. Check with us.
Can I pick up or ship a pinball game to me?
Yes. GAD suggests a pick up truck for pick up. But we have fit a game in various larger SUV’s.
Yes. We have a program with a shipping company to provide a reasonable quote to ship you a game.
Will a Stern Pinball machine fit in my home?
Fully assembled, Stern Pinball machines are 55″ tall, 27″ wide, and 31″ deep. Pinball games weigh approximately 270 lbs.
When packaged for shipping they are 56″ tall, 31″ wide, and 31″ deep. The ship weight is approximately 285 lbs.
Do you sell used pinball?
GAD has various used pinball games available at different times. Usually, these games are our floor models that we are selling to refresh our showrooms.
How do you support games post sale?
GAD has been in business for decades and we value our customers. GAD supports our customer by answering any questions you have. Usually it’s for software updates but that is very easy to connect your game to your home internet.
GAD has a full service department with parts in stock to help you fix or refresh your game.
