The average US household is expected to spend $36 on Halloween decorations in 2026. I guess they haven’t been to our neighborhoods in the Midwest!
But that’s only part of the spend we intend to do this holiday:
- 71% expect to buy costumes – with a projected $4.4 billion.
- 78% of us expect to buy decorations for a total of $4.3 billion.
- 96% expect to buy candy at a whooping $4.1 billion.
What this doesn’t account for is all the parties that have sprung up around the Halloween weekend. And, the stage is set for the host to have an epic upgrade from a few pieces of candy and a cooler of beer!
How about adding a pinball game to your festivities? Or a digital dart board? Or a Classicade multi game machine? There’s time to pick up on Friday and wow your guests!
Plus, if the weather is nice in your area – consider starting your game set up outside or in the garage for maximum neighborhood envy!!!
